NSACT

NSACT provides a platform for secondary school and pre-U students to explore the foundation of Actuarial studies. The main objective of NSACT is to develop holistic future actuaries. This event also serves as a bridge between university and secondary school students.

I-TRIP

UMACT Interaction Trip (I-Trip) is one of the annual bonding events that UMACT organizes. This event is usually a 3D2N trip. Participants will play various interesting games which require teamwork between batchmates, seniors and juniors. This is one of the events that all of us are looking forward to each year.

COMPANY VISIT

Company or Industrial Visits are conducted by UMACT to provide exposure to the students about the practical working environment. For aspiring actuaries, it is also an opportunity for them to enquire details on their area of interest. In the past, we have collaborated with Great Eastern, Deloitte, Tokio Marine and many more.

WEBINARS

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all of our society activities were not permitted to be conducted physically. Instead, we conducted numerous insightful virtual events. We are glad that virtual events were well received by students as the information shared by the speakers were well delivered and easily accessed by the attendees.
